Prices marked as a launch special are introductory, and CrimeGrade may end them for new orders at any time. An organization that places an order while launch pricing is offered keeps launch prices for the reports and credits it buys in the two years after its first order. Report credits are prepaid and never expire while the account is open.

Pricing questions

How do report credits work?

Each location report uses one credit. Credits bought in an order get that order's volume price and never expire while the account is open. They have no cash value and stay with the organization that bought them.

What is the refund policy?

Reports are generated on request, so sales are final. If a report fails to generate, or is materially wrong because of a processing error, such as a correctly entered address placed in the wrong spot, tell CrimeGrade within 30 days and the report is regenerated or refunded. Section 10 of the Terms has the details.

How many people can use a report?

Everyone in the organization. Reports are licensed to the organization, with unlimited users.

Is there a price for 100 or more locations?

Self-serve prices apply at any volume. Organizations with 100 or more locations can ask for enterprise terms, and large discounts may be available to those that already buy crime reports from another provider.
